ISLAMABAD: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday that no loss was reported from the Pakistani side of the border – terming Indian claims of killing Pakistani soldiers along the Line of Control (LoC) as ‘false’.
According to the military’s media wing, the Indian forces resorted to unprovoked fire at the LoC in Shakargarh sector – which was befittingly responded. India’s Border Security Force (BSF) claimed it had killed one militant and seven Pakistan Rangers personnel along the border.
Development comes two days after Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing across the LoC in Karela sector, killing one civilian and leaving five others injured.
