NOWSHERA: Police arrested four people accused of manhandling a rickshaw driver in main Pabbi bazaar, official sources said on Saturday.
The accused also included a village youth councilor of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shujaat Shah. The others were Sadaqat Shah, Mohib Shah and Salih Muhammad. The victim while registering a case with the police said the councillor with his brother and two other friends roughed him up and put a noose around his neck.
